Position: Brand Manager

Location: Remote (Candidates based in Mumbai preferred)
Position Summary
This role will be responsible for amplifying ACT’s brand visibility, salience and recall across multiple online and offline mediums. The brand manager will drive social media marketing, content strategy, PR as well as stakeholder communication. Driving awareness about our grantees (their work and impact), fueling conversations around ACT’s areas of focus with the public at large and building target group engagement with key organisational initiatives will be critical measures of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with investment verticals to plan brand / creative campaigns from ideation to execution w.r.t idea, design and copy
- Managing ACT’s social media presence and driving audience engagement through an effective content marketing strategy
- Working with ACT’s PR partner to amplify ACT’s share of voice as well as grantees’ visibility with traditional as well as digital media
- Liasoning with ACT’s website partner on SEO performance and content optimisation.
- Conceptualising and writing the content for stakeholder communication like newsletters, annual reports etc.
- Monitoring and analysing marketing metrics and campaign outcomes to create a set of actionable learnings.
- Cracking collaborations and partnerships for visibility with external brands
- Ensuring ACT’s brand protocols are met across all external communication
- Working with filmmakers and grantees to document compelling impact stories

Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Graduate or postgraduate in marketing/communications preferred.
